According to YG Entertainment on the 12th, BLACKPINK’s ‘BOOMBAYAH’ music video surpassed 1.5 billion views on YouTube as of 3:50 AM the same day. This comes in about 7 months since it reached 1.4 billion views.

Considering that ‘BOOMBAYAH’ is one of the double title-songs from their debut single album ‘SQUARE ONE’ back in 2016, their recent record is a living proof to global fans’ unconditional love and interest towards the group.
