YG TREASURE Unveils Performance Video for ‘DARARI’ -> To Produce a M/V Following Global Popularity
[OSEN=이승훈 기자] The choreography clip for YG mega rookie TREASURE’s ‘DARARI’, which is currently trending, has been unveiled on the 16th.
The vibe of the song is quite different to their title-song ‘JIKJIN’ which showed their intense charisma. TREASURE took over the hearts of fans with their lovely gestures and smiles, along with soft dance moves.
The choreography includes MZ generation’s dance challenge move. The moves were easy and addictive, making everyone fall in love of their performance. JUNKYU’s cute hand moves which seemed as if he was commanding the members also put a smile on fans’ face.
As it was filmed using a one-take method, the clip showed the perfect chemistry between the 12 members and their detailed moves as well. Not only did members moved like one, holding on to each other’s shoulder and waist, but they also changed their formation with the song unfolding.
TREASURE’s first mini-album track-song ‘DARARI’ draws on the emotions of someone who fell in love, and has an upbeat melody. The song naturally became a trend among music fans without any promotion, and started trending on global platforms later on.
Not only did ‘DARARI’ enter U.S. Billboard’s Global 200 and Spotify Global Top 200 Chart, but it also decorated the cover of TIDAL’s viral hit playlist. The song topped the trending song chart on TikTok, and #dararichallenge related views have surpassed 900 million so far.
Adding to the popularity, TREASURE unveiled the performance of ‘DARARI’ at their first concert successfully held on the 9th and 10th of April, raising even more expectations on their follow-up activity. On top of this, YG had hinted on producing a music video for the song.
