AKMU, “Would Like to Leave Clear Traces in This Generation”
[OSEN=박판석 기자] LEE CHANHYUK and LEE SUHYUN of AKMU, who will release their first-ever collaboration album ‘THE NEXT EPISODE’, revealed their pictorial and interview through the August edition of ‘Marie Claire’.
In the revealed photo, LEE CHANHYUK wore a leather jacket and shorts, while LEE SUHYUN wore a knit cardigan and a full skirt, revealing their sibling ‘chemistry’.
In the following interview, LEE CHANHYUK and LEE SUHYUN introduced how they worked on ‘NEXT EPISODE’ by stating, “We were hoping to work with various artists as AKMU and expand our realm”. They also added that they hope their upcoming songs will naturally reach the public, as the album got broader in variety with other musicians participating in every track.
On the question asking what their dream is, AKMU replied, “We hope that AKMU will leave clear traces in this generation, like the musicians who represent each generation”. They also revealed that as they are representing each age group through their albums, they hope to complete stories of their prime-age years in the future.
