TREASURE’s ‘2021 WELCOMING COLLECTION’ Pre-Order Sales Begin Today(4th)
[뉴스엔=김명미 기자] YG’s rookie group TREASURE has begun taking pre-orders for ‘TREASURE’s 2021 WELCOMING COLLECTION’.
According to YG Entertainment, ‘TREASURE’s 2021 WELCOMING COLLECTION’ will be officially released on February 24.
With the concept of students attending a distinguished high school, ‘TREASURE’s 2021 WELCOMING COLLECTION’ will present members of TREASURE and their variety of charms displayed throughout the four seasons, including Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.
Since it will be the first WELCOMING COLLECTION being presented by TREASURE, the collection will include various components. The set composition will include a large New Year’s postcard decorated by the members themselves, a calendar(desk and wall), a clear sticker set, an ID photo set, and a polaroid set.
In addition, a DVD including the ‘2021 WELCOMING COLLECTION’ video revealing the members’ playfulness while performing missions will be included along with a pictorial making film, raising the collection’s possession value.
Furthermore, ‘TREASURE’s 2021 WELCOMING COLLECTION’ KiT video was also produced. The KiT video, which will also be available for pre-order along with the collection, will include 13 photocard calendars, a future diary written by the members themselves, and a sticker, adding more meaning to its composition. A KiT video is a new form of visual media which allows the users to enjoy 1080p videos through TV using smart devices and phone mirroring technology. Since the video adds ease of access, the global fans are expected to respond enthusiastically.
After making debut last year on August, TREASURE set a milestone of achieving 1M album sales with ‘THE FIRST STEP’ series released since then.
TREASURE’s official debut album and its title track ‘MY TREASURE’ has not only topped the Real-Time Rankings of major Japanese music platforms, but also topped Gaon Chart’s Album Chart for the 3rd week of January 2021.
Meanwhile, TREASURE will appear on KBS2 ‘You Heeyeol’s Sketchbook’ on the 5th. The people are looking forward to what kind of performances TREASURE will present to capture the eyes and ears of global fans, as they are a group who dominated major award ceremonies of 2020.
