TREASURE Reveals Jacket Making Film, “Like Plants in a Garden”
[뉴스엔=김명미 기자] YG’s rookie group TREASURE revealed the behind-the-scenes of their jacket shooting scene, full of unexpected charms.
On November 13 at 12 PM, YG Entertainment uploaded ‘THE FIRST STEP : CHAPTER THREE’ JACKET MAKING FILM and the ‘MMM’ Halloween Version Choreography Video Coming Soon teaser image.
In the jacket making film, TREASURE appeared on the set which reminded the viewers of a ‘secret garden’ while wearing white-tone outfits.
TREASURE explained the filming concept by stating, “Us 12 members emitted our individual charms like plants in a garden, as well as showing us coexist”.
Furthermore, TREASURE also revealed their differentiated looks while wearing black-colored outfits. They revealed their charisma in their relaxed yet fierce looks while creating harmony with the dark lights in the same place.
BANG YE DAM stated, “Unlike our previous concept, we tried to express TREASURE in cool-tone and our sharp images”, while DOYOUNG added, “I had a different feeling from last time. It feels new”.
TREASURE continued the showing while pulling off various concepts, while also showing cute and energetic looks throughout shooting towards the camera, making the fans’ hearts flutter.
CHOI HYUN SUK made the people look forward to their upcoming activities by stating, “Our ‘THE FIRST STEP’ series is still ongoing, so please wait until the end”.
Furthermore, TREASURE plans to reveal the ‘MMM’ choreography video in Halloween costumes today at 6 PM. It showed the TREASURE members’ costume performance while wearing character costumes last month, to celebrate Halloween.
SO JUNG HWAN turned into a Minion, YOON JAE HYUK turned into Popeye, MASHIHO turned into Spongebob, ASAHI turned into Jack Sparrow, CHOI HYUN SUK turned into Super Mario, PARK JEOGN WOO turned into a cyber warrior, BANG YE DAM turned into Pinocchio, JUNKYU turned into Alibaba, JIHOON turned into Snow White, while HARUTO turned into a ladybug.
The fans are curious on how the choreography for ‘MMM’, receiving positive reviews to have combined the latest dance trends and strong Hip-hop swag, will be presented through the members wearing cute Halloween costumes.
Meanwhile, TREASURE released their third single album on the 6th. The title song ‘MMM’ from the album topped Japan’s Line Music Top 100 chart and Rakuten Music’s Real-time Comprehensive Rankings, as well as topping iTunes charts in 8 different countries. They also charted-in on 93 regional charts of Spotify and Apple Music, proving their global popularity.
