YG’s Rookie Group TREASURE, Individual→Couple Missions… The ‘Fun Variety Senses’ by the 12 Members

On May 22 at 12 PM, YG Entertainment uploaded episode 19 of ‘TREASURE MAP’ through their official blog and TREASURE’s official YouTube channel.
From individual missions with cute clumsiness and senses to couple missions where they presented tight friendship among the members, the group grabbed the fans’ hearts by showing off their variety of charms.
After arriving in the mission room for the first time, YOON JAE HYUK selected his partner card while hoping it would be PARK JEONG WOO. The result surprised everyone, since PARK JEONG WOO’s name was written on the card as if it was destiny. The members who followed up selected missions smoothly. Meanwhile, the members who selected difficult missions closed their eyes and made awkward facial expressions, making the viewers burst into laughter.
The members then gathered in the living room and started moving to serve their first missions. HARUTO, who selected the ‘butt petting’ mission, approached BANG YE DAM and made everyone in the scene burst into laughter with his surprising comment, “I have something to eat in my butt, would you like to touch it?”. CHOI HYUN SUK approached YOSHI naturally while people were confused due to the missions and applied lip balm on YOSHI, successfully completing his mission.
JIHOON approached MASHIHO, who had a good mood because he succeeded in his mission, and went in circles after holding his hand, which MASHIHO reacted joyfully without suspicion. After listening to JIHOON stating, “Sorry, it was actually you”, MASHIHO stood still and froze on the spot, making the people laugh. After the fierce mental warfare, 7 members succeeded in completing the first mission.
After being delivered the second ‘hold your stuff’ mission, JIHOON showed his aspects as the ‘reaction fairy’ by presenting a 4-step change in his facial expression. When the game began, the members packed their mission objects and began hiding in the kitchen. Unlike the other members who moved busily, DOYOUNG could not hid his banana ad hugged it, making the members burst into laughter. CHOI HYUN SUK acted superbly even in the second mission. CHOI HYUN SUK found JIHOON’s A4 paper as soon as the mission began and continued to find objects like a detective. On the second mission which was more difficult than the first mission, only 4 members including CHOI HYUN SUK, YOON JAE HYUK, ASAHI, and SO JUNG HWAN achieved their tasks.
On the final ‘couple mission’, the chemistry between the members stood out more than the competition, which presented joy for the fans. They seemed to disturb other couples at first, but soon showed a sweet mood while executing the missions with their partners. While they did not stop their jolly laughter, all 6 teams successfully completed their missions, while CHOI HYUN SUK and ASAHI were announced as the final members in an amicable mood.
Meanwhile, TREASURE has confirmed their debut to be in upcoming June. Prior to TREASURE’s debut, BANG YE DAM will release his solo single in June and begin pre-heating for the group’s full-scale debut.
