‘NOBODY’, a Collaboration Between Blue.D, the ‘Voice Queen’, and MINO

On December 2 at 12PM, Blue.D released her first-ever single titled ‘NOBODY’, through various music platforms.
Blue.D is a rookie artist of YGX, who has grabbed the attention of music fans even before she made debut by uploading song covers through YouTube. Starting by featuring on the song ‘UM…’ from MINO’s first solo album ‘XX’, she presented her charming vocal tone by featuring on multiple songs including GroovyRoom’s ‘This Night’ and the title song ‘I’M ON FIRE’, from EUN JIWON’s solo album titled ‘G1’.
Blue.D’s first official solo track ‘NOBODY’ is a song in a Pop/R&B genre, composed by producers CHOICE37·Bekuh BOOM·HAE·ZAYVO·MINO. The song was written by Bekuh BOOM·Se.A·ZAYVO·LIL G·MINO·CHOICE 37, and was arranged by HAE·CHOICE 37. The escalating melody, instruments, and charming vocals of the song impress the listeners. The song was previewed through tvN’s ‘New Journey to the West 7’ prior to its official release, which allowed the song to become a hot topic.
The lyrics tell a story of a one-sided love, which everyone can relate to. While going through a busy schedule of working on his new album, overseas tour, and shooting for tvN’s ‘New Journey to the West 7’, MINO not only participated in the writing and composing of ‘NOBODY’, but also participated in the song as a featuring artist. MINO has featured on various songs as a rapper since making debut including Epik High’s ‘BORN HATER’, LEE HI’s ‘WORLD TOUR’, EPIK HIGH’s ‘No Thank You’, Ja Mezz’s ‘Alchemy’, and more. He made the song more interesting with his unique lyrics with good sense, charming rap cadence, and clear delivery.
The music video released along with the song raises immersion on the song. Blue.D appeared on the music video, which was sensually directed in the form of a frame, along with model Ahn Jaehyung.
