iKON Completes Fan Meeting in 5 Cities of Japan… Notices a Nationwide Japan Tour on Year-End
[스포티비뉴스=이지원 기자] Group iKON successfully completed their fan meetings in 5 cities of Japan. As they have noticed a nationwide Japan tour during the year-end, they are said to have successfully warmed up for their upcoming schedules.
On May 24 and 25, iKON made special memories with approximately 2 thousand Japanese fans through their fan meeting(iKON FAN MEETING 2019) held in Fukuoka Sun Palace Hotel&Hall.
The fan meeting hosted by Furuya Masayuki, the MC of a famous K-Pop broadcast, presented various game corners for the fans.
iKON heated up the venue by presenting their talents through an indication battle, acting battle, melody matching battle, and a memorization battle. The losing team was given penalties such as ‘dancing with a funny face’, making the people at the scene burst into laughter.
On the following live corner, iKON made the fans heatedly respond by performing the song ‘Adore You’, which was first presented in Japan. They also heated up the mood by continuing to perform ‘KILLING ME’ and ‘SINOSIJAK’. Their encore tracks including ‘B-DAY’ and ‘LOVE SCENARIO’ made the Japanese fans sing-along with iKON, making the fan meeting feel like an official concert held by iKON.
At the end of the fan meeting, iKON shared their sincere thoughts by stating, “We’ve received a lot of energy from the people who came here today”. They added, “It’s frustrating that the meeting has to end already”.
However, B.I comforted the fans by notifying their Japan tour, which will begin on July. He stated, “Our 2019 Japan tour has been confirmed. We’ll be performing in places we’ve never performed before, so I’m looking forward to it”, promising to meet the fans again soon.
iKON’s Japan tour(iKON JAPAN TOUR 2019) will begin in Fukuoka from 7/27~7/28 and continue in Kobe on 8/9~8/11, in Nagoya on 8/21~8/23, Miyagi on 8/25, Chiba on 9/7~9/8, and in Osaka on 9/18~9/19. The tour will be consisted of 14 concerts in a total of 6 cities.
iKON’s fan meeting in Japan(iKON FAN MEETING 2019) was held in a total of 5 cities. The meetings were held in NTK Forest Hall, Aichi Prefecture on 4/28~4/29, in World Memorial Hall, Kobe on 5/1~5/2, in Cultural Hall, Ichikawa-shi, Chiba on 5/4, in Omiya Sonic City, Saitama on 5/5~5/6, and in Fukuoka Sun Palace Hotel&Hall on 5/24~5/25.
