[OSEN=선미경 기자] The dance practice video of ‘MOLA’ from group WINNER’s latest mini album was revealed, along with their powerful performance.

On May 21 at 6 PM, YG Entertainment uploaded the dance practice video of WINNER’s ‘MOLA’ through their official blog.

On the first weekend after WINNER made comeback, the group has performed their title song ‘AH YEAH’ and ‘MOLA’ through MBC ‘Music Core’ and SBS ‘Inkigayo’. The fans’ interest on their performance of ‘MOLA’ has increased after the broadcast, while the requests on the dance practice video piled up.

WINNER’s performance of ‘MOLA’ presented contrasting charms with their dance practice video of ‘AH YEAH’. The members grabbed the people’s attention with a restrained yet masculine choreography. The point move of creating an ‘X’ sign using both arms on the lyrics of ‘MOLA’ impressed the viewers.

‘MOLA’ is a song in a catchy EDM genre with catchy melodies and a hook grabbing the listeners’ ears, along with its fierce sounds presented from the beginning of the intro. The song has unique elements which have not been previously presented by WINNER, as YOON has explained the song by stating, “It’s the fiercest song presented by WINNER, and has a dark vibe to it”.

The song ‘MOLA’ has been created through the active participation by the members of WINNER. YOON composed and wrote the lyrics of the track, while MINO and HOONY also participated as writers. Producers including KANG UK JIN and Diggy who have previously collaborated with WINNER also participated in the composing and arrangement of the song, raising its degree of completion.

After making comeback with their new album ‘WE’ on the 15th, WINNER achieved an ‘all-kill’ on Korean music charts with their title song ‘AH YEAH’.

In addition, the group proved their global popularity by topping iTunes Album charts in 19 different regions. They also dominated the daily and weekly Paid Digital Album Sales charts of Kugou Music, Kuwo Music, and QQ Music, which is the biggest music platform in mainland China.
