‘YG TREASURE BOX’ HA YOON BIN, Confirmed as First Member of Second Boy Group (OFFICIAL)
[뉴스엔=김예은 기자] HA YOON BIN of ‘YG TREASURE BOX’ has been revealed to be the first member of the second group.
On January 30 at 11 AM, YG Entertainment confirmed HA YOON BIN as the first member of the new group lineup and announced this through their official blog.
HA YOON BIN is the member who participated in the ‘YG TREASURE BOX’ survival as soon as he entered YG as a trainee and showed massive growth potential in a short amount of time, which made the fans support him.
Although he could not join the ‘TREASURE’ 7, HA YOON BIN’s dream of making debut will now come true through the second boy group.
YG’s representative producer YANG HYUN SUK has previously mentioned that he will form a second boy group composed of 6 members who appeared on ‘YG TREASURE BOX’, through his social media account.
Representative YANG officially announced, “I would like to thank everyone that supported the 28 Treasures. I will soon make the announcement for the second team comprised of 6 members, to follow the 7-member TREASURE”.
The announcement that another group comprised of 6 new members besides BANG YE DAM, HARUTO, SO JUNGHWAN, KIM JUN KYU, PARK JEONG WOO, YOON JAEHYUK, and CHOI HYUNSUK who confirmed their debut as a team called ‘TREASURE’ grabbed the people’s attention. As the trainees who did not get selected as a member of TREASURE were given a second opportunity, numerous fans are sending heated support.
The first episode of ‘YG TREASURE BOX’ which premiered through VLIVE started with 150 thousand live viewers, while the 10th and final episode reached 1.72 million live viewers, which is 11 times more than what the program reached on its first episode. The related videos of the show have also accumulated a total of 150 million views, proving the heated global popularity of the show surpassing initial expectations.
The 7 confirmed members of TREASURE including BANG YE DAM, HARUTO, SO JUNGHWAN, KIM JUN KYU, PARK JEONG WOO, YOON JAEHYUK, and CHOI HYUNSUK shared greetings on the V LIVE special, and the live viewers for the special broadcast have also reached 1.4 million.
