[2019 Seoul Music Awards] iKON Wins Best Song Award, “We’re Here Because of iKONIC”
[머니S=김유림 기자] Group iKON won the Best Song award with their song ‘LOVE SCENARIO’. Today(15th) at 6:50 PM, the ‘28th High1 Seoul Music Awards’ (abbreviated as the 28th Seoul Music Awards) hosted by Sports Seoul and supervised by Seoul Music Awards committee was held in Seoul Gocheok Sky Dome.
The MCs of the ‘28th Seoul Music Awards’ were entertainer Shin Dongyeop, actress Kim Sohyeon, and Kim Heechul of Super Junior. K-POP starts who shined the scene last year including BTS, Wanna One, TWICE, IZ*ONE, iKON, Seventeen, Red Velvet, Lim Changjung, GFriend, NUEST W, and Momoland participated the awards ceremony.
iKON’s B.I stated, “We received the Best Song award. It’s amazing”. He continued, “We thank iKONIC (fan club) so much. We received the award thanks to them. Without you, we would not be here and there wouldn’t be a group called iKON”. He also added, “We will repay the love we received from you”.
Meanwhile, the ‘28th Seoul Music Awards’ which gathered all K-POP stars who are establishing themselves as global artists in one place, will be held in Seoul Gocheok Sky Dome for 3 hours and 30 minutes. The awards ceremony will be broadcasted live through KBS Drama, KBS Joy, and KBS W, while Bbangya TV will broadcast the show worldwide through mobile web.
