MINO at No. 1 on ‘Inkigayo’ for the Second Week of December… “Inner Circle is My Everything”
[텐아시아=김지원 기자] MINO proved his strong presence by winning the no. 1 trophy on SBS ‘Inkigayo’ aired on December 9, with his song ‘FIANCÉ’. After receiving the no. 1 trophy, MINO took out his phone as if he prepared what he wanted to say. He then rapped, “I thank Inner Circle more than anyone” and that “Inner Circle is my everything”. He also continued to express his gratitude by rapping, “I love all members of WINNER” and “My manager, staff members, and my family, you’ve done great”. He also stated, “My stepfather (YANG HYUN SUK) who helped me when I was nobody”, thanking president YANG HYUN SUK.
MINO won the no. 1 trophy among other contenders including TWICE and JENNIE, who aimed for her 3rd consecutive no. 1 trophy on ‘Inkigayo’. The participants cheered and congratulated MINO after his impressive rap speech.
The rankings for the week were based on album sales, social media, preliminary voting by viewers, and online music scores.
