Group iKON who successfully finished their first-ever tour in Australia revealed the making film for Melbourne, following their making film for Sydney.
Today(25th) at 10 AM, YG Entertainment revealed iKON’s Australia Melbourne making film through their official social media account. Like the two previously released Sydney making films, the video was created for the fans in celebration of iKON’s first tour in Australia.
The members of iKON roamed through the streets of Melbourne while enjoying their free time. The members visited famous restaurants and tourist attractions to create special memories.
On a Italian restaurant located in Melbourne where the members visited to eat dinner, iKON’s ‘BLING BLING’ and ‘JUST GO’ were playing as background music, which grabbed the viewers’ attention. The members were embarrassed at their songs continuously playing but enjoyed at the same time. The owner of the restaurant also presented a special surprise for iKON using coffee beans, making the members burst into laughter.
The members then visited ‘Hosier Lane’, the famous tourist attraction in Melbourne known as the film location of the drama, ‘I’m Sorry, I Love You’. They took a variety of photos with graffiti art as the background. JAY stated, “I heard there’s iKON here to”, while DK responded, “Don’t lie to me”. While half in doubt, the members found graffities of the ‘iKON logo’ and YG’s celebrity bear ‘KRUNK’ drawn by iKONIC of Melbourne and became proud.
After completing their concert in Melbourne, iKON shared their goodbyes by stating, “We were surprised at the heated reactions and support despite this being our first time in Melbourne. Your reactions were very passionate and made us want to come back here again. Let’s meet again”.
iKON met the local fans of Australia by holding their first-ever concerts in Sydney and Melbourne on the 25th and 27th, successfully completing their Australia tour. The local fans of Sydney and Melbourne gathered at the airport to greet iKON and sang-along to iKON’s songs in Korean during the concert, proving the influential power of iKON’s mega-hit songs.
After successfully starting the CONTINUE TOUR in Seoul on August, iKON successfully performed in cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Singapore, Manila, and Jakarta with the support of their local fans. iKON will close their overseas tour after their concert being held today(25th) in Hong Kong.
And on January 6, 6 PM next year, iKON will hold the ‘iKON CONTINUE TOUR ENCORE IN SEOUL’ in Seoul KSPO DOME (Olympic Gymnastics Arena) to meet their fans once again. iKON is planning to decorate the finale of the CONTINUE TOUR which started in Seoul and was held on various cities all over the world.
After releasing ‘LOVE SCENARIO’, ‘KILLING ME’, and ‘GOODBYE ROAD’ this year, iKON won the honor of winning 19 trophies in music broadcasts this year, proving themselves as a popular boy group. iKON is planning to release another new song during the end of the year by releasing a repackage album.
