YG Announces Winner of iKON’s ‘KILLING ME’ Dance Cover Contest… Vietnamese Dance Crew ‘ST.319’ Wins ‘Over 10 Million Won as Prize Money’

[마이데일리 = 이승록 기자] The winners of boy group iKON’s ‘KILLING ME’ Dance Cover Contest have been announced. 

On October 4, YG Entertainment announced three winning teams of the ‘KILLING ME’ Dance Cover Contest through their official blog and social media accounts.

A famous Vietnamese dance crew known as ‘ST.319’ won the First Grand Prize, as they have received positive reviews due to the team’s glamorous outfits and dazzling performances. Their cover video reached approximately 320 thousand views on YouTube, bringing up heated reactions. 

The Second Grand Prize was given to Vietnam’s ‘OOPS! CREW’, the team with 7 female members who presented unique charms. As their cover video was filmed outside instead of indoors, the citizens supporting the team were also caught on camera, which grabbed the viewers attention. 

The Excellence Award was given to Thailand’s ‘K-BOY’, the team who had the highest synchronization rate. 

The first-place winning team will receive 10 million won along with various benefits, while the second and third place winners will receive 300 million and 200 million won, respectively. The prize money will be given out through specific instructions via e-mail. 

With the announcement of all winners, the ‘KILLING ME’ Dance Cover Contest which started from August ended in great success, with the participation of various global fans. 

Meanwhile, iKON released their new mini album titled ‘NEW KIDS: THE FINAL’ on the 1st and made comeback with its title song ‘GOODBYE ROAD’.
