BLACKPINK LISA Gathers a ‘Massive Crowd’ on Her Fan Signing Events in Thailand and Indonesia

[OSEN=이소담 기자] BLACKPINK LISA proved her hot popularity in Thailand and Indonesia.From August 9 to 12, LISA participated in a fan signing and brand opening event in Thailand and Indonesia as a model of moonshot, which is YG’s color cosmetics brand.
As the global model for moonshot, LISA gathered a huge crowd from the beginning of the brand’s overseas promotion. BLACKPINK’s MV for ‘DDU-DU DDU-DU’ was played during the waiting time before LISA appeared in the scene, and approximately 10,000 people gathered for the event sang-along at once.

LISA met the fans on August 11 and 12 in Thailand’s representative shopping malls including ‘Eveandboy’ and ‘CentralWorld’. Approximately 200 fans were invited to the event to meet LISA, who has the nickname ‘Thailand goddess’. However, over 10,000 people gathered just to see LISA, proving her massive popularity in Thailand.
LISA also caused the same phenomenon in ‘Kasablanka Mall’ in Indonesia on August 9.

To celebrate the brand’s entrance into Indonesia’s largest vendors including shopping malls ‘Kasablanka Mall’ and ‘Grand Indonesia’ along with ‘Shopee’ which is Indonesia’s largest online market, moonshot invited approximately 3,000 guests and VIPs to introduce the brand. LISA participated and made the place shine by offering congratulations. YG’s artist and celebrity bear ‘KRUNK’ also participated, raising up the mood of the event.

Brand moonshot will enter the two shopping malls where the fan signing events were held and Eveandboy, which is Thailand’s representative drugstore.

After starting their first arena tour in Japan with the concert that was held on July 24, BLACKPINK will perform in Japan’s Kyocera Dome for the first time as a foreign girl group on December 24, to meet the fans in Japan.
