iKON Will Hold a Fan-Meeting on June 9th to Celebrate Their 1,000-Day Anniversary Since Debut
[동아닷컴=전효진 기자] Group iKON will have a memorable meeting with the fans to celebrate their 1,000-day anniversary since debut.
Today (2nd), YG Entertainment revealed the poster for iKON 2018 PRIVATE STAGE [KOLORFUL] through their official blog. B.I, JAY, BOBBY, SONG, JU-NE, DK, and CHAN smiling in the poster warmed the hearts of viewers.
On June 9th, iKON will hold ‘PRIVATE STAGE’ twice on the same day in 1 PM and 6 PM at Olympic Hall located in Bangyi, Seoul. ‘PRIVATE STAGE’ is YG’s new fan meeting brand that aims for high quality performances based on the interactions between artists and fans.
iKON first made debut in the K-Pop scene on September 15, 2015 with their digital single ‘MY TYPE’. On the day after the ‘PRIVATE STAGE’, iKON will face their 1,000-day anniversary since debut. They prepared this event to celebrate the anniversary with fans that remained unchanged and consistently supported iKON.
The fan club pre-sale will start on May 9 at 8 PM, while general ticketing will start on May 11 at 8 PM through Auction.
The title ‘KOLORFUL’ from the upcoming ‘PRIVATE STAGE’ is a word that combines the alphabet ‘K’ from iKON and the word ‘COLORFUL’. It means that the fans will be able to experience 7 unique and different charms by members of iKON. There will not only be individual performances, but also events which the audience can freely enjoy the show with iKON.
Previously on March, iKON held their first ‘PRIVATE STAGE’ and proved their popularity by selling all tickets. At the end of ‘PRIVATE STAGE’, iKON raised curiosity by stating, “We don’t know how but we’ll definitely meet again in June”. As promised, iKON came with another opportunity to communicate with the fans. iKON is currently shooting their reality program, ‘iKON TV’. The show releases every Saturday night at 10 PM through YouTube and Naver V LIVE, and broadcasts through JTBC on the same night at 12:30 AM.
