WINNER’s New Album is Within Top 5 in 14 Countries Even Though Four Days Have Passed Since its Release
[스타뉴스=길혜성 기자] It’s been four days since the quartet boy group WINNER (YOON, JINU, HOONY, and MINO) released a new album. However, the album is still sweeping the charts abroad.
WINNER released a new EP titled “OUR TWENTY FOR” at 4 PM on August 4. The title songs of their new EP are “LOVE ME LOVE ME” and “ISLAND”. The iTunes chart categorized the EP as an album, and upon release, “OUR TWENTY FOR” took the No.1 spot on the iTunes charts of 22 countries. Phenomenal interest in WINNER’s new EP continues even till now even though it’s already been four days since the EP’s release.
As of 8:20 AM on August 7, WINNER’s “OUR TWENTY FOR” is at No.1 in Bolivia, Brunei, Peru, and the Philippines. The album is at No.2 in Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam; at No.4 in Macao; and at No.5 in Cambodia. The album is within top 5 in the iTunes charts of 14 countries.
This demonstrates that WINNER’s new album is attracting continuous interest from fans around the world.
