[OSEN=박판석 기자] KIM HEE AE has joined YG Entertainment. By adding her on its list of actors/ actresses, YG has become a strong player in the field of actor management. We went over the works of YG actors/actresses.

Since his debut in 1988, CHA SEUNG WON has appeared in movies and dramas in various genres ranging from comic to horror and gained recognition for his excellent acting. In the early 2000s, he did a number of comic movies such as “The Moonlight Night Of Shilla”, “Break Out”, “My Teacher, Mr. Kim”, “Jail Breakers”, and “Ghost House”. Then, he moved on to romantic pieces appearing in “City Hall” and “The Greatest Love” and made a name for himself as the “pretty middle-aged man”. Afterwards, he appeared in “Three Meals A Day” and boasted a special chemistry with actor Yu Hae-jin. CHA SEUNG WON was very like a housewife in the show, and this earned him nationwide popularity. Expectations are running high for his next movie “Gosanja: The Great Map of the East Land”.

GANG DONG WON dominated the screen last year. His movies, “The Priests” and “A Violent Prosecutor”, became huge box-office hits. As of last year, GANG DONG WON has established himself as an actor that has great acting skills, great looks, and a great ticket power. Most importantly, he is making his fans happy by doing movies non-stop. He is to give another “visual shock” to his fans with his super handsomeness by appearing in a movie titled “Master”, and his fellow cast members include Lee Byung-hyun and Kim Woo-bin.

KIM HEE AE is always full of grace. Even when she has an affair with a married man, plays a detective, or travel, KIM HEE AE is always graceful. After appearing in KBS’s TV drama “Wife” in 2003 with Yoo Dong-geun, KIM HEE AE has never stopped doing movies or dramas. But, we were able to see a whole new side of KIM HEE AE when she appeared on tvN’s travel reality show “Noona Over Flowers”. On the show, she travelled around Croatia with three other actresses and showed who she was as a person and not an actress. KIM HEE AE, a mother of two, was easygoing, sentimental and caring. Afterwards, her career took off, and KIM HEE AE appeared JTBC’s TV drama “Secret Love Affair” with Yoo Ah-in. She also appeared in “Mrs. Cop” and played the role of a detective, demonstrating that she is one of the few actresses in their forties that can do action scenes.

It’s hard to find an actress that is consistent like CHOI JI WOO. All throughout her acting career, CHOI JI WOO has been acknowledged for her unchanging beauty and her superb performance in romantic movies and dramas. Even before she became a huge star in Japan with her role in KBS’s “Winter Sonata”, she appeared in various movies and dramas such as “First Love”, “Shall We Kiss”, and “Truth” and gained recognition for her excellent acting in melodramatic scenes. She did a number of pieces after she became a “goddess” leading the Korean Wave and firmly established her position as a top actress. Then, CHOI JI WOO appeared on “Grandpas Over Flowers-Greece” with Lee Seo-jin and showed her warmhearted nature. She also appeared as a guest on “Three Meals A Day.” She played a mother in the tvN drama “Twenty Again”, who goes to college and falls madly in love with a man played by Lee Sang-yun. She still makes guys’ heart flutter when she plays a romantic role.

BIGBANG’s charismatic rapper T.O.P can act as well. After playing the role of a rough but soft-hearted teenager in KBS’s “I am Sam” and appearing in KBS’s “Iris”, CHOI SEUNG HYUN became a lead actor in the movie “71: Into the Fire”. Then, he played a man who became a secret agent to save his brother in “Commitment”. In “Tazza: The Hidden Card”, CHOI SEUNG HYUN played the role of Ham De‑gil, who is shameless but pure-hearted when it comes to love. Without any doubt, he is incredibly charming both as rapper T.O.P and actor CHOI SEUNG HYUN.
