iKON Performed “RHYTHM TA” on Stage for the First Time Combining Charismatic Stage Presence with Hiphop
[OSEN=선미경 기자] iKON performed the title track of their debut album for the first time. They were like hip hop warriors, glamorous and full of energy.
On October 3, iKON held their debut concert “SHOWTIME” at Olympic Gymnastics Stadium in Bangi-dong, Seoul. The concert was broadcasted live on Naver V app.
After kicking off the concert by performing “WELCOME BACK”, iKON said, “We’re honored that all the tickets for our concert in this enormous stadium were sold. We are so grateful. Thank you, thank you everyone.” They described how excited they were about their debut by saying, “We’ve been able to work hard for our debut because we knew our fans have been waiting for so long.”
Then, they performed “RHYTHM TA” on stage for the first time. The song has an exciting hip hop beat, and the members showed off their perfect teamwork. It was a great performance, a perfect balance between performance and music.
iKON released their warm up single “MY TYPE” last month. On October 1, they released their debut half album “WELCOME BACK”, and it has been getting a favorable response.
