TABLO releases a new song collaborated by American musician JOEY BADA$$ on September 5
[OSEN=최나영 기자] Collaboration between TABLO and newly-risen American hip-hop musician JOEY BADA$$ will be unveiled on September 5.
On August 28 at 0 o’clock, the cover art of TABLO and JOEY BADA$$’s collaboration album was unveiled on YG Entertainment’s official blog (www.yg-life.com), to raise hip-hop fans’ expectations.
The cover has an image of Korea’s 100-won coin and America’s 50-cent coin overlapping with one another, symbolizing the encounter of the Korean and the American rappers.
The title of the project which is drawing a big attention for the encounter of TABLO and JOEY BADA$$ is “HOOD”. It has the groove of two unique rappers based on the heavy hip-hop beat of Code Kunst who has consolidated his presence in Korea’s hip-hop scene as a top-class producer.
When the cover of the collaboration album was unveiled, hip-hop fans expressed their expectations, saying, “The dream collaboration of TABLO and Code Kunst”, “This is the most-awaited news… Can I listen to the song on radio?”, etc.
Meanwhile, the song will be released on September 5 at 0 o’clock. Before the release of the song, teaser videos (Seoul version, New York version, and the main version) will be unveiled one by one, to show TABLO and JOEY BADA$$’s rap.
