2014 MMA: AKDONG MUSICIAN Top 10: “We Want to Create Healing Music”

[OSEN=선미경 기자] The sibling duo AKDONG MUSICIAN was one of the Top 10 to be awarded at the 2014 Melon Music Award (MMA).
At the MMA held at Seoul Olympic Park Gymnastics Arena on Sept 13, AKDONG MUSICAN was awarded the precious prize.
The siblings commented, “We are overwhelmed and thrilled to be standing on a big stage like this. We will do our best to produce more good music. We want to create healing music.”
Their accomplishment comes in just the first year of their debut.
Other awards included Artist, Best Song, Album, New Artist, Netizen’s Popularity, Hot Trend and Music Video awards. Other artists on the same list were 2NE1, EXO, god, WINNER, Girl’s Day, Beast, Sistar, IU, and TAEYANG.
