SONG MIN HO & NAM TAE HYUN of WINNER to Serve as MCs for a Day at SBS ‘INKIGAYO”
[TV리포트=김가영 기자 ] SONG MIN HO and NAM TAE HYUN of WINNER are serving as MCs.
A YG ENTERTAINMENT insider said today, “SONG MIN HO and NAM TAE HYUN have been selected as MCs for a day at ‘INKIGAYO,’ scheduled to be aired on SBS on the 21st of this month, and are going to display their talents as show hosts.”
As the MCs of ‘The Music Trend,’ SONG and NAM are going to go on another charm offensive, after the one they did when they appeared on Mnet’s ‘WIN: WHO IS NEXT’ and ‘WINNER TV,’ and this time, with a focus on their versatility.
Releasing their debut album ‘2014 S/S’ on Aug. 12th, WINNER has dominated all kinds of music charts – real-time, daily, and weekly – with their title song ‘EMPTY.’ And in just 5 days after their debut, they took the first place on Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ as well as on all major TV music programs, thereby heralding the emergence of a new superstar.
WINNER released ‘2014 S/S -Japan Collection’ in Japan on Sep. 10th, which was ranked second on the Oricon Album Daily Chart and Weekly Chart, doing exceptionally well as a new singer. Starting from Sep. 11th, they are also having a successful run of their first concert tour in Japan ‘WINNER 1st JAPAN TOUR 2014,’ gearing up to become a superstar in Japan as well.
Appearing on ‘WINNER TALK & LIVE,’ which was broadcast live via Naver Starcast on Sep. 16th, WINNER displayed their versatility and charms, and dominated the real-time search word list of major portal websites. On Sep. 18th, they are scheduled to appear on a radio program ‘Cultwo Show,’ aired on SBS Radio Power FM.
WINNER is also meeting with their fans on Sep. 19th, when they are scheduled to show up on ‘Yoo Hee-yeol’s Sketchbook’ aired on KBS2, and on Sep. 21st on a music program of SBS, ‘The Music Trend.’
