TABLO on MIX & MATCH: “TEAM B’s passion conquers anything”
[OSEN=김사라 기자] EPIK HIGH’s member TABLO showed much expectations about the members of TEAM B who appeared on “WHO IS NEXT: WIN.”
At the preview event held at Seoul Conrad Hotel on Sept 2, video clips of YG artists commenting on the show were unveiled.
TABLO commented, “BOBBY featured in EPIK HIGH’s album. We rapped together to show that he is more than enough to be a pro. No one can rival his passion. I can feel his strong zeal for music.”
He added, “TEAM B has got that energy that tells you their passion can conquer anything. I was forced to reflect on myself watching them.”
MITHRA JIN continued, “Because they failed once, they are more determined. That’s what makes them so powerful,” building much expectations for the even stronger TEAM B.
“MIX & MATCH” is YG’s first boy group survival program in 1 year since “WIN,” where 6 from TEAM B on 2013’s “WHO IS NEXT: WIN,” B.I, BOBBY, KIM JIN HWAN, SONG YUN HYEONG, KOO JUN HOE, KIM DONG HYUK will appear with three newcomers, JUNG JINHYEONG, JUNG CHANWOO and YANG HONGSEOK. B.I, BOBBY and KIM JIN HWAN’s membership in the group is confirmed. SONG, KIM and KOO, along with the 3 newcomers, will be competing against each other. Of the 6 competitors, 4 will be selected and will be joined with the first 3 members to create a boy group consisting of 7 members.
The first episode will be aired at 11 pm on Sept 11 on Mnet and Naver TV Cast.
