WINNER tops M Countdown with “EMPTY” in just 5 days of debut

[스타뉴스 문완식 기자] YG’s new boy group WINNER topped a music program in just 5 days of their official debut.
On Mnet’s M Countdown aired on August 21, WINNER beat their competitor Block B with their title track “EMPTY” from the debut album “2014 S/S.”
KANG SEUNG YOON commented, “We thank our boss, YANG HYUN SUK. We thank all the YG Family members. Thank you.”
This is an accomplishment achieved in just 5 days of their TV debut on SBS’s Inkigayo on August 17.
WINNER is garnering much popularity by sweeping across major South Korean music charts with “EMPTY” immediately after their debut.
