TREASURE Adds Thailand Performance… ‘Shining Solo’ Also on the Rise Globally

On the 30th, YG Entertainment announced that it decided to add a performance on May 23 at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand, as part of TREASURE’s Asia tour “2024 TREASURE RELAY TOUR [REBOOT].” With this addition, TREASURE is set to meet Thai fans four times, including performances on May 24, 25, and 26.
This decision comes as a result of the enthusiastic response from local fans. The presale tickets for the previously confirmed three shows were sold out in an instant. YG Entertainment explained, “Due to the overwhelming demand from fans who were unable to purchase tickets, we decided to add another performance to show our appreciation for their support.”
The upcoming meeting between TREASURE and Thai fans marks about a year since their last Asia tour. At that time, TREASURE sold out all three shows, including an additional performance, solidifying their presence as YG’s next generation concert artist.
Meanwhile, TREASURE is gradually expanding its activities globally beyond Korea. Through this second Asia tour, they will meet global fans in a total of 5 cities over 9 shows. The tour kicks off in Manila on May 4, followed by Hong Kong on May 18, Bangkok on May 23, 24, 25, and 26, Kuala Lumpur on June 22, and Jakarta on June 29 and 30.
The romantic survival variety show ‘Shining Solo,’ which crowns TREASURE’s top ‘gem,’ is also gaining momentum in global popularity. It ranked first in the popularity ranking for four consecutive weeks on Japan’s major OTT platform Lemino and is maintaining a high rank alongside local popular programs in Thailand’s oneD and Taiwan’s friDay Video.
