G-Dragon reveals the ‘adorable’ teaser photo from his MV MichiGo
BigBang’s G-Dragon posted a teaser photo from his new music video, MichiGo, hinting his fans about his comeback.
On March 18 G-Dragon posted a teaser photograph of his music video MichiGo on Twitter. In the picture he is showing off his charm with a brightly colored green background behind him. The bright color and G-Dragon’s image somehow reminds the fans of a cute doll.
It is especially intriguing because there is a figure standing beside G-Dragon, wearing the exact same outfit as him, but wearing a mask of a doll. G-Dragon’s usual fashionable self is captured well in the photograph, already making the fans wonder what the new music video is going look like.
G-Dragon’s new song MichiGo will be unveiled for the first time at his world tour concert that begins in Seoul on March 30 and 31.
MichiGo is has a strong hip-hop beat to it, and as the title suggests (‘michida’, the original form of ‘michigo’, means ‘go crazy’ in Korean), it will make the fans go crazy. It will be interesting to see the variety of G-Dragon’s styles since what he has shown the fans in his last music video, Crayon.
Up until now only a tiny bit information was revealed to the fans: his new song title is MichiGo and that it will be revealed at the concert in Seoul. YG Entertainment has always hired unique and eye-catching promotional methods for their artists, but this time it seems as though the entertainment giant will be giving a go at something that has not been done before.
G-Dragon’s upcoming solo concert is the first one in four years since SHINE A LIHGT concert in 2009. This year’s performance is even more special than the previous one because G-Dragon will be travelling all around the world to meet his international fans in many different countries.
He is the first Korean artist to have a solo concert in Japan’s four largest stadiums. It is anticipated that he will attract 550,000 fans to his world-tour concerts.
For G-Dragon’s much-anticipated world tour, Travis Payne and Stacy Walker, choreographers and creative directors whose influence in the art world is far more than immense, have joined to make the concert an even greater one.
G-Dragon’s world tour kicks off at Seoul Gymnastic Arena on March 30 and 31.
