JIHOON·DOYOUNG·SO JUNG HWAN of TREASURE Reveal Dance Performance… Preparing for Debut
[동아닷컴=함나얀 기자] Members DOYOUNG, JIHOON, and SO JUNG HWAN of YG’s rookie group TREASURE revealed a dance performance video, grabbing the attention of fans.
On April 13, the three members grabbed the people’s attention with their perfect harmony through their video uploaded on YG Entertainment’s official blog and TREASURE’s YouTube channel.
Their natural groove and restrained moves showed TREASURE’s free and dynamic aspects along with their performance.
The song used for the dance was ‘God’s Plan’ by Drake, the Canadian Hip-hop artist. The three members revealed their charms with the music with the set full of free vibes as the background.
SO JUNG HWAN, the youngest member, appeared with a relaxed smile with his body moving to the beat, notifying the beginning of their performance. DOYOUNG and SO JUNG HWAN then danced while crossing each other from front to back, emphasizing the liveliness of their performance as well as the attention on each individual member.
First, JIHOON stood on the front to add build support. As he was noticed for his strong high notes and dance skills, he stood out with his sophisticated dance moves on the performance clip.
DOYOUNG added various facial expressions along with his dance to emit energy with a good feeling, while SO JUNG HWAN grabbed the viewers’ attention with his dynamic performance of jumping over JIHOON, who lowered his body.
The witty direction which was suggested by the members was also present. At the latter half of their performance, DOYOUNG and SO JUNG HWAN pulled JIHOON who was walking towards the camera, which made the viewers laugh with their mischievousness.
While currently on a full-scale debut project this year, TREASURE is raising the music fans’ anticipation by revealing cover songs·performance clips as individuals or in various combination of members.
Furthermore, they are also receiving positive reviews from the global fans not only as artists, but with their friendly image they’ve built through self-produced contents including ‘TREASURE MAP’, ‘TMI’, ‘Fact Check’, and ‘A 3 Minute TREASURE’.
