‘YG TREASURE BOX’, How Much Does YG Invest for Trainees? … “At Least 100 Million KRW Per Person Every Year”

[마이데일리=김나라 기자] YG Entertainment revealed how much money is being invested for the trainees of Treasure A, through ‘YG TREASURE BOX’.
On November 16, the first episode of ‘YG TREASURE BOX’ premiered through Naver’s V LIVE V app.
Kim Yoonjung of YG’s A&R department revealed, “I think we invest at least 100 million KRW per trainee every year for Treasure A” and added, “It’s because the trainees spend most of their time in training rooms”.
They also revealed a breakdown of the money invested for the trainees. The money was spent of food, transportation, Japanese classes, English classes, acting classes, debate classes, weight training, and more.
