YGX ACADEMY Reveals Choreography Video by BLACKPINK·WINNER·iKON [Oh!SSEN CUT]
[OSEN=정지원 기자] The group video for ‘X ACADEMY’ containing charismatic performances of WINNER’s HOONY, BLACKPINK LISA, and iKON’s DK was revealed.
YGX, the new label by YG Entertainment which operates X ACADEMY, revealed dance videos of HOONY, LISA, and DK through their official blog and social media on October 16 at 11 AM, gathering the attention of viewers.
HOONY, LISA, and DK performed a well-refined group dance on Tritonal & APEK’s ‘Just Like You’, fascinating the viewers in an instant. The best male and female dance teams, HITECH and CRAZY also presented dynamic choreography, providing eye candy and spectacle for the viewers.
X ACADEMY is the dance and vocal education institution launched by YG Entertainment, the agency responsible for the best artists of our time through its unique and systematic training system. It will become the culture and arts educational venue that will pass on YG’s culture and experience accumulated for the past 22 years.
Dance teams HITECH and CRAZY known for performing all over the globe with YG artists including BIGBANG, WINNER, iKON, and BLACKPINK will teach dancing, while well-known vocal trainers currently active in TV audition programs and the entertainment industry will be responsible for training vocalists.
X ACADEMY is gathering attention from not only Korean applicants, but also applicants from overseas. Applicants from the US, Japan, China, Indonesia, and the Philippines of all ages and race are flooding YGX with inquiries on taking lessons from X ACADEMY.

As representative producer YANG HYUN SUK has revealed that he will select potential artists of YG from X ACADEMY himself, people are wondering what kind of new musical talents will be discovered though the institution.
