BIGBANG TAEYANG & T.O.P’s Solo Debut in Japan in Next March Draws “Keen Attention of Local Media”
[enews24 이경남 기자] K-Pop group BIGBANG’s TAEYANG and T.O.P will release a solo album respectively in March next year.
Major media outlets of Japan paid keen attention to the news of TAEYANG and T.O.P’s solo album next year, reporting the news under the title of “BIGBANG member SOL(TAEYANG’s Japanese name)’s Solo Debut in Japan & T.O.P’s Package Release”.
So far, BIGBANG members have released solo albums one by one. DAE SUNG, SEUNGRI, and G-DRAGON who has recently released a solo album, have all recorded success in Japan. TAEYANG, the fourth among BIGBANG members, will release his first solo album in Japan on March 14, next year.
In his first solo album, Japanese version of “RINGA LINGA” will be included. “RINGA LINGA” is a unique song where a variety of genres such as dubstep and electro are mixed based on a trap bass. It had attracted keen attention even before release, as G-DRAGON was known to have taken part in the production.
On the same day, T.O.P will also release a special album. “DOOM DADA”, his recent release in Korea and other four solo songs that have been disclosed so far, as well as “DOOM DADA”s music video will be put into the album.
Meanwhile, BIGBANG has been holding Japan six dome tour recently for the first time for a foreign artist. After a concert at Tokyo Dome on the 19 to 21 this month, BIGBANG moves on to Sapporo Dome on January 4 next year, and then wraps up “BIGBANG JAPAN DOME TOUR 2013-2014” by holding the last concert at Osaka Kyocera Dome on January 11 to 13.
