iKON’s B.I “The Comeback Album is Special…We Put a Lot of Effort”

On January 25, iKON will make a fantastic comeback by releasing their 2nd official album ‘RETURN’, an official album they will be releasing in 2 years since debut. Unlike other idol groups, member B.I participated in producing the album himself, adding iKON’s unique musicality. It is now time for the charms of iKON and ‘producer B.I’ to shine, once again.
B.I who was credited as writer and composer of all tracks stated, “Every single song is precious to me”. He continued, “We put in a lot of effort so that the listeners can imagine while feeling empathy. Please look forward to our album”.
‘RETURN’ is composed of 12 tracks including the one-title song ‘LOVE SCENARIO’, ‘BEAUTIFUL’, ‘ONE AND ONLY’, ‘JERK’, ‘BEST FRIEND’, ‘EVERYTHING’, ‘HUG ME’, ‘DON’T FORGET’, and special bonus tracks including ‘SINOSIJAK’, ‘LOVE ME’, ‘JUST GO’, and ‘LONG TIME NO SEE’.
B.I is known as ‘mom-bin’ and ‘handsome mentality’ for his mother-like tendencies of taking care of his people, but he is sturdy yet sensitive as a producer.
B.I pointed out that the focal point in the creation of all tracks was to “Emphasize the enhanced skills, emotions, and vocals by members”.
Since B.I previously participated in the creation of iKON’s greatest hits including ‘MY TYPE’, ‘RHYTHM TA’, and ‘APOLOGY’ as well as songs by other artists including WINNER’s ‘EMPTY’, EPIK HIGH’s ‘BORN HATER’ and PSY’s ‘BOMB’, B.I’s growth as a producer is worth paying attention to.
Furthermore, all members of iKON are known to have writing, composing, and choreography creating skills since they were trainees, which is why fans are paying attention to iKON’s unique music and performances that will be displayed through this album.
